- 1111 Heights Blvd. was designated May 14th, 1984 in the National
Register of Historic Places.
- It is a 2 story frame house, styled in Queen Ann / Colonial Revival.
- We removed and replaced all rotten siding, railings & balusters,
and soffit treatments.
- The outside was completely sanded, primered, and painted.
- A two story deck in the back yard was repaired
- A build-out of the office of the garage was completed
- Hardwoods inside the home were refinished
